BESPOKE JEWELLERY DESIGN

DELIVERY & RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 restrictions we are still dispatching orders on week days (excluding bank holidays), however please allow extra time for orders to be produced, packed and delivered by both Royal Mail and courier.

Standard Delivery Costs & Timescales

​

Delivery within the UK is £3.95 for orders below £40.00. Shipping is Free of Charge for all orders £40.00 and above.

 

If a piece is in stock we aim to dispatch promptly Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We send all of our items (unless stated otherwise) via a Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service and a signature is required upon delivery.  We will send your item out as soon as we can but after it has left our studio it is in the hands of the Royal Mail or the courier service chosen for delivery. Once dispatched the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service aims to deliver in 2 to 3 days.

 

Express delivery can be offered in most cases if a piece is needed urgently this will be at additional cost. IF EXPRESS DELIVERY IS NEEDED PLEASE EMAIL US AT TIME OF ORDER NO LATER. THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE ON COMMISSION PIECES OR ITEMS NOT IN STOCK DUE TO THE TIMESCALES INVOLVED.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will take an extra day or two to arrive.

 

If you have ordered a commission piece we will keep you informed of progress and delivery times.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept orders for non-UK addresses on our website. We can arrange international delivery in some cases. Please call us or email to discuss further and place your order. Unfortunately we cannot ship to the USA or Canada.

 

How can I find out the status of my order?

We will send you an email as soon as your item is despatched, if you have any further questions please drop us an email.

 

Returns – Changed your mind or accidentally ordered goods - please inform us within 14 days

Of course we want you to be delighted with your purchase but sometimes It may be that when the goods arrive you change your mind, or you realise you accidentally bought the wrong thing, that's OK, we all make mistakes. Please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt of your order. Failure to report unwanted goods within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement. Please just get in touch and explain clearly which items you don't want, you will be asked to return the unwanted goods to us at your own expense enclosing your original order confirmation with your name & address, what you are returning and the reason for the return, you then have 14 days in which to return the items after informing us. Please ensure they are returned in perfect condition with original packaging and packaged securely. We request that a traceable service with insurance is used for return because you will only be eligible for a refund once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in re-saleable condition. We will make the refund with 14 days or receipt of the goods via your original method of payment. We are not able to refund any return postal/courier charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges. Products can only be returned in the country in which they were purchased. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons we also cannot accept personalised or commissioned items unless faulty. We wish to be as fair and generous as it is possible to be, within some limits established to protect ourselves against unscrupulous characters and online fraud.

 

Returns – Damaged or faulty Items - please inform us within 14 days

We meticulously check each and every item before sending. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives to you damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately to arrange the return. We request that a traceable service with insurance is used for return. Wild Indigo cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Once your item has been received and the damage or fault has been verified, we will repair/replace your piece as quickly as possible, free of charge. If for any reason your item cannot be repaired/replaced or for example the glass or gemstones are no longer available, we will make you a brand new piece to the same value (in a reasonable time). Alternatively, we will offer a full refund (including the cost of the return shipment). We will of course cover the cost of sending the repaired or replaced product. Wild Indigo reserves the right to ask customers to provide photographic evidence of faulty or damaged goods at our discretion.

Returns during Sales - please inform us within 14 days

Items returned from a sale event will only be refunded at the current lowest sale price.

 

Just a few things to note

  • ​We cannot accept returns unless they are securely packaged and in the original undamaged Wild Indigo packaging. 
  • If it is clear that any item has been used or worn or is damaged due to wear and tear, we will be unable to accept the return or issue a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the payment method originally used.
  • For hygiene reasons, we regret we can only accept earring returns if they are damaged or faulty.

 

Privacy

The information we ask for when processing your order i.e. name, address and credit/debit card details are purely for the process of that order and No card details are retained (each separate order will require you to re-enter your details.)

None of our customer’s information is passed on to any third parties.

Any information of special offers etc will only be sent to customers who have given us their permission to do so.

The content of the Website is protected by Intellectual Property Rights. This extends to the design of the website, all photographs on it and its marketing materials. Any use of the website or its contents, images, design including copying, storing, modifying, reproducing other than for personal non-commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
